Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Before submitting your abstract, please ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Presenter Contact Information:

  • Full first and last name(s)

  • Email address

  • Affiliation details (department, institution/hospital, city, state, country)

  • Phone number

  • Author and Co-Author Information

  • Preferred Presentation Type:

    Oral Presentation

    Poster Presentation

Abstract title must be in UPPER CASE and no more than 25 words. Abstract Content should be limited to 300 words, including acknowledgments. Abstract must pertain to Pediatric Gastroenterology or Hepatology. No tables or figures are allowed in the abstract. Abstract must be formatted under the following headings:

  1. Background

  2. Methodology

  3. Results

  4. Conclusion

Important Notes:

  • The abstract title and author names will have already been provided, so do not include them again in the sections above.

  • The abstract must include data and comply with international ethical standards.

  • Do not include patient identifiers or hospital ID numbers.

  • Ensure there are no spelling, grammatical, or scientific errors, as no corrections can be made after submission.

  • Once you submit your abstract, click the "SUBMIT" button to save it. The subtract cannot be modified after submission.

  • You will receive an abstract reference number by email. Please refer to this number in any communication regarding your abstract. Contact us if you do not receive confirmation of your submission.

  • Do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

  • Abstract Submitters’ Declaration: During the submission process, you will need to confirm the following:

  • You have reviewed the abstract, and all information is accurate. No modifications will be allowed after submission.

  • All authors consent to the abstract’s publication (e.g., on the Annual Meeting website, programs, etc.).

  • The content you submit does not infringe on any third-party rights (including privacy or intellectual property).

  • You grant the Organizers the right to publish, translate, distribute, and display the content on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive basis.

  • The contact details saved in the system belong to the presenting author, who will be notified of the abstract status. The presenting author is responsible for informing co-authors of any updates. The submitting author can request to be copied on correspondence.

  • The presenting author must be a registered participant.

  • The Organizers have the right to remove any abstract that does not comply with the guidelines.
